Returns:
Returns on firearms are permitted for orders that have been erroneously fulfilled by C4A Firearms or damaged. If you identify damage or the wrong firearm was shipped, notify the FFL dealer immediately and reject transferring the firearms into your name. These items will be returned at our expense. You may ask for a refund or a replacement. Please contact us for the correct shipping address.
VERY IMPORTANT – FIREARM RETURNS!! Please take your time to inspect all firearms thoroughly BEFORE proceeding with the transfer. Returns on firearms that have been transferred to you are not allowed. Once a new firearm is transferred to you, it is considered used, even if unfired. Consequently, we cannot accept returns on firearms once they have been transferred into your possession. Also, we DO NOT reimburse FFL transfer fees on returned items. **Upon discovering a defect AFTER the transfer, the firearm MUST be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with manufacturer’s warranty policy). Manufacturer repaired firearms must be returned to the customer through a licensed FFL of your choosing. You will be responsible for and transfer fees.
Returns of firearms or accessories that are not legal for you to own may be returned with approval. You must contact us prior to returning. Merchandise sent back without prior authorization will be refused. Firearms that are determined to be illegal in your state and returned must be done prior to transferred into your name. You will be responsible for return shipping and a 25% restocking fee will be charged. Specific return instructions will be provided and must be followed to ensure proper receipt and credit. This will be retained from your refund once we have received the merchandise. For special order or custom items please call for details
Shipping:
We ship to all 50 states (Alaska and Hawaii are not included in our free shipping policy and will incur additional fees). Due to variations of the laws in each state regarding firearms and accessories, we cannot keep up to date with your states laws. As such, it is the buyer’s responsibility to know what he/she can legally purchase and is fully liable for compliance with the laws therein. The buyer is fully responsible for all shipping charges that may occur regarding returns. Please see our Return policy for details.
C4A Firearms will ship within 48 business hours, in most cases, after validating the receiving FFL dealer’s information. You will receive a confirmation email of your order, a confirmation email that your FFL has been validated, and an email with your shipping and tracking information once your purchase has been sent.
Shipping is Ground service through the common carriers. If you would like to expedite your order, please contact sales for pricing. In some cases orders may be delayed due to out of stock items. In these cases you will be notified of when the product is expected in and given the option to cancel your order for full reimbursement.
Forms of Payment:
We accept all forms of payment for any merchandise we sell. We do not charge extra for using your credit card; this is done as a convenience for you as part of our customer service and to ensure the most expedited fulfillment of your order. We will accept any form of check (bank, certified, or personal), but we will not ship any item until the check clears and the money is deposited into our account. This process may take up to 3 weeks. Checks that are returned will be charged a $30 RETURN CHECK FEE. We will also accept money orders. As with checks, shipments will not be made until funds are deposited into our account. FFL Transfers:
C4A Firearms offers FFL Transfer service by appointment only. We require you to contact us prior to having your firearms shipped to us. We would like to know the shipper, recipient, product expected, and tracking information. Any uncoordinated deliveries may be refused. We will contact you when your shipment arrives and arrange an appointment for the transfer.
Unless prior arrangements have been made, transfers are to be arranged for picked up within seven (7) days of notification that your item(s) have been received and logged in. Items received and not transferred within seven (7) days are subject to storage fees. When you transfer items to C4A Firearms it is your responsibility to ensure you are able to pick them up within the stated timeframe.
STORAGE:
C4A Firearms offers storage services for customers who are unable to take possession of their items within the time period identified in FFL TRANSFERS section or otherwise need so. Storage fees will be charged per month or any part thereof. Contact us for rates. Items left for storage must have storage fees paid prior to return. If items are stored for two (2) months or more, a background check will be conducted and charged prior to return. Items left for storage may be sold and storage fees deducted if storage fees cannot be paid at C4A Firearms’ discretion. Items left for one (1) year without contact from owner will be considered abandoned. See ABANDONMENT Section for details.
ABANDONMENT:
Items purchased, transferred, and/or left in storage and not retrieved for more than a year without storage fees paid or contact by owner will be considered abandoned. C4A Firearms reserves the right to determine an item abandoned and dispose of it in any manner of our discretion to recover storage fees and associated expenses. The fee for processing an abandoned item is fifty (50) percent of the fair market value in addition to the recovery fees.
